Welcome to our charming and recently remodeled apartment in beautiful Puerto Vallarta! This lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit is situated on the first floor (not ground level) of a cozy 6-unit complex, offering peace and privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

The apartment spans 60 square meters and features a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials you need to prepare meals for up to 4 guests. Perfect for small families, the pool is just steps from the apartment’s bedrooms and boasts a shallow area that’s ideal for kids. Unlike crowded hotel pools, our pool is reserved solely for guests of the complex, ensuring a relaxing and private experience. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day exploring downtown or soaking up the sun at the beach.

If you need to catch up on work or stay connected during your stay, the first bedroom has a working desk and an Ethernet cable for direct internet access with speeds from 300-400mb. You can also access the high-speed Wi-Fi with a download speed of up to 100mb.

Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, and there’s a comfortable sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate an additional guest. The small dining table in the living room can also be used as a workspace, providing a comfortable area to work or enjoy meals.

Don’t forget to take advantage of our terrace, a spacious 250m2 open space with a part roof and other areas for full sun exposure. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the warm tropical weather and soak up the stunning views of Puerto Vallarta. Whether you want to relax in the hammocks, enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table, or lounge on the comfortable exterior furniture, the terrace is at your disposal.

The apartment faces the back pool area and has a full balcony large bedroom windows and great lighting coming into the entire apartment.

One of guests favorites that repeat booking this place.

Queen Size beds in each bed room and pull out sofa bed in the living room.

Office Desk also setup in one of the bedrooms. HD TV Television and Super High Speed internets via WIFI or Hot Wire Ethernet connection.

Middle Unit in the second floor and well lit offering 2 bed rooms with queen size beds. Full kitchen to prepare meals.

Small service room behind the kitchen. A/C units in Bedroom and Living Room Area. You can work from a home office desk setup in one of the bedrooms.

Offering High Speed WIFI. You can plug directly via Ethernet cable getting download speeds over 300MB and 40mb+ upload.

This rental does not have views to the street so its less nosier if you are looking for more quite time.

Apartment #2 was named Aileen after our first daughter. This rental is fully equip, 2 bed 1 bath rental and sofa bed. Located on the first floor (above ground) its the second unit after going up the stairs. This apartment does not have balconies or views to the street. Its a perfect if you are looking for a quieter and darker unit. TV with Roku is available for your streaming needs. Office desk and chair are also available to do your online remote work.
Guests have access to the pool on this first floor and also the upstairs terrace.

Dany’s Apartment Rental #1

Dany’s cozy apartment is one of the most asked rentals in our property for guests that like to sit down in the balconies and view the local street life in Puerto Vallarta. The unit with 2 bedrooms facing the streets have access to an exterior balcony to sit down and enjoy your coffee of wine in the afternoons.

One of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet and also a work desk to sit down and get some work online done with our fiber high-speed internet setup with dual lines.

Each bedroom hosts 2 guests with Queen Size beds. We allow up to 4 guests on this unit.

Prepare any meal you need with a full kitchen, including Microwave, Fridge, Stove with Oven, dish ware and essentials for up to four guests.

Guests have access to our large terrace in the 3rd floor with views to the ocean, take a sun bath, work with 360 view around you.
